This policy explains what Foglia Investments, doing business as US Grid Relief ("we", "us"), collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it. It covers this site and the phone calls, text messages, and emails that follow from a form you submit here.

The short version. We collect what you type into our form so we can call you about solar and battery storage for your home. If you want to move forward, we introduce you to a licensed California installer. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or your SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing purposes. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

We are a marketing and consultation company. We are not a solar installer, we are not a utility, and we are not a government agency or a government program. We are not affiliated with San Diego Gas & Electric, the California Public Utilities Commission, or any state or federal agency.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and your answers about your electric bill, your roof, and your home.
Consent records: the date, time, IP address, and page URL of your form submission, along with the exact consent language shown to you. We keep this to show that contact was authorized.
Call recordings: phone calls with us may be recorded and stored for quality and training. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we will stop.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To contact you by phone, email, or text about solar and battery storage for your home
To work out whether solar or storage makes sense at your address
To introduce you to a licensed installer if you want to proceed
To measure and improve our advertising
To keep records the law requires, including consent records

Who we share it with

We share your information in these situations only:

An installer, only once you decide to go ahead. We do not give your phone number to an installer so they can call or text you: we are your point of contact. If you decide to move forward and become a customer, we share what the installer needs to design, permit and complete your installation. They are responsible for their own privacy practices from that point on.
Service providers who run our business, including our CRM, phone system, email provider, and analytics tools. They may only process your information to provide those services to us.
When the law requires it, such as a valid legal request, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

What we never do. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, rent, or trade your phone number, your SMS opt-in, or your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your consent to be contacted applies to us, and to the installer we introduce you to at your request.

Text messages and phone calls

When you check the consent box, you agree that US Grid Relief may contact you at the number you provided, including by automated dialing system and prerecorded message, about solar and battery storage. Your consent is to hear from us and no one else. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling at any time, by phone or by email, and we will honor it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and tracking pixels, including the Meta pixel, to understand how people find and use this site and to measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies in your browser and report events such as page views and form submissions.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may change how parts of this site work.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you and where it came from
Correct information that is wrong
Delete your information
Stop contacting you

Email chase@usgridrelief.org or call (724) 984-2416 and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

California residents. California law gives residents rights over their personal information, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we extend the rights above to every California resident who asks. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact information for as long as you are an active prospect or customer, and after that only as long as we need it for legitimate business or legal reasons. Consent records are kept for at least five years, which is the period during which a claim about contact consent could be brought.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
