Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered through it. By using this site or submitting our form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we are, and what we are not

Foglia Investments, doing business as US Grid Relief, is a marketing and consultation company. We do not install solar. We do not finance solar. We are not a utility, and we are not a government agency or a government program. We are not affiliated with San Diego Gas & Electric, the California Public Utilities Commission, or any state or federal agency. The name "US Grid Relief" is a trade name and does not indicate any government connection.

What we do is help San Diego homeowners understand what solar and battery storage would mean for their electric bill, and introduce those who want to proceed to a licensed California installer.

SMS messaging program

By checking the consent box on our form and submitting it, you opt in to receive text messages from US Grid Relief at the mobile number you provided. These are messages about solar and battery storage for your home, including appointment reminders and replies to your questions.

Your consent to be contacted

When you check the consent box, you agree that US Grid Relief may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including by automated dialing system and prerecorded message, about solar and battery storage. We are your point of contact. We do not pass your number to an installer for them to contact you.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw it at any time. Reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or tell us on the phone. Phone calls may be recorded; tell us at the start of a call if you would rather they were not.

No guarantee of savings, cost, or eligibility

Nothing on this site is a promise that you will save money, qualify for anything, or pay a particular price.

Any figure discussed with you is an estimate. What you actually pay and actually save depends on your home, your roof, your electricity usage, your rate plan, the equipment you choose, how you pay for it, and future utility rates that no one controls. Utility rate plans and state programs change, and they change without notice.

We do not advise on tax matters. Talk to a qualified tax professional about your own situation.

Before you sign anything

California requires solar providers to give residential customers the California Solar Consumer Protection Guide, and to give you time to read it before you sign. Read it. The Public Utilities Commission warns specifically about claims that solar is free, that you will never pay an electric bill again, or that you must sign right now. Get more than one bid, check the contractor's license number with the Contractors State License Board, and make sure you understand in writing whether your agreement is a purchase, a loan, a lease, or a power purchase agreement.

Information you give us

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, and that you own the phone number you provide or are authorized to give consent for it. Submitting someone else's number without their permission violates these terms.

Third-party installers

Any installer we introduce you to is an independent business. We do not employ them, supervise their work, set their prices, or control their contracts. Any agreement you enter into is between you and them.
